The Marquis Sinker is a variation on the classic NYC egg cream: fill the bottom of a milkshake-size glass or mug with about 3/4ths of an inch of Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup, add about an inch of milk and an ounce or two of brandy (to taste) and stir them together, then top off the rest of the glass with Vintage-brand wild cherry seltzer. Add a
homemade maraschino cherry "sinker"; drink with a straw.
