I'm usually pretty optimistic about this team, relatively, but when it comes to injuries its hard to be optimistic with this team.  This team's injuries unfold like clockwork.

BREAKING SPORTS NEWS

:panic: :panic: :panic:

Despite the Nationals' management and crack medical staff assuring the fanbase that star third baseman Ryan Zimmerman was fine and just given a day off on Saturday to rest and deal with some minor right shoulder inflammation, Zimmerman is sitting out again tonight.  This is particularly worrisome given that Sunday's rainout and yesterday's travel day have already provided two extra days of rest.  Manager Davey Johnson doesn't have "a very a good feeling" and there are fears that Zimmerman may have a strain and miss significant playing time.

Team medical staff will provide further updates.

It's a public holiday today here in Aus, went out last night and found a nice young lady next to me this morning. At least that's something to celebrate in the wake of the zimmermand news

It's an Arrested Development reference.  The dude in my avatar was ambiguously gay and constantly said things that sounded like that.
