Ross isn't close to the same pitcher he was in 2011. Moving him back to the bullpen after the season he had would be awful.
I was comparing this year's Detwiler to 2011 Lannan. They're quite similar.
His season was okay ... for a number 5. But it was really nothing special. He's by far the most replaceable pitcher we have.
