And, any of those videos can be downloaded for free, so maybe somebody could post it here?  I don't know how to do that.

Someone would probably have to put it on mega upload (or a site like that), then share the link.

Harris runs to about a foot from the foul line, leaps forward so his whole body's parallel to the ground, makes a kind of backhanded catch as he dives and then slides into foul territory.

Somebody ought to measure the length of his slide.  He probably doesn't have any nipples left.

The final Boone-Zimmerman double play is now posted on the video page.
And is awesome, though you can't really see the actual catch that well. The guy on third KNEW he was screwed.

look at the Bergmann thread....

LOL, Cy Bergmann.  NOTLD would never fit in over there.  They pretty much had it pegged, though.

From the Mets board:

"The Nats could start their parking attendant and he would blank the Mets for 6 innings.
Look at what Lannan did his first time out, 11 strikeouts.
It is ridiculous."

Disgruntled teenage Met fan:
Quote
"FUC K THIS TEAM!!!! IVE HAD IT WITH THEM
FIRE WILLIOT!! AND IM OFFICIALLY ON THE FIRE OMAR BANDWAGON!!!
HOW MANY MEXICANS DOES THIS TEAM NEED??????? THIS IS AN AMERICAN SPORT, CAN WE GET SOME AMERICANS IN HERE???? IM NOT ASKING FOR A LOT, MAYBE 1 OR 2???????"

If AZ were a Met fan, word for word that's what he'd say after a loss like that.

Now one guy is blaming it on too many Mexicans (on the Mets roster).  I'm going to have to see how Bergmann's splits are vs. Mexicans.....

Do you see that little step Zimmerman puts on third? Rubs the salt in the wounds, how glorious it is!

No way was that better than Harris' catch.

Also from Mets board:

Quote: pelf pitches the game of his life, we're going against some hack and we're gonna lose again, i'm frig.gin speechless.

LOL The were saying the same thing about Bergmann that we say about other team's bum pitchers.

AZ may be an idiot but aside from LoDuca he's never talked about player's race like that. But we do have a poster that has done so. I can't remember off the top of my head who it is though.

Seriously though, although it's sweet to read those rants, isn't that how we feel sometimes about being dominated by bum pitchers?

That's who I thought it was but I didn't want to call anyone out and be wrong. Seriously though, didn't that poster sound just like eagleskins saying that stuff about "mexican" players? I wonder how he feels about those players when they produce wins.

Me too.  I'm at work, radio on, Gameday on, doing a little work here and there.

I hope they post the last two big plays on Gameday soon, the Harris catch and ending  DP.

Same exact thing I was doing
