We're as quiet as the Nationals' bats.... Plus Speigner took a lot out of us tonight.

That I believe.  Traber didn't do much better, unfortunately.

Check that, we're actually stroking.... just not scoring.

Man, you dudes are a quiet bunch tonight.  Guess, I'll run back downstairs and watch the game.

So you're NOT watching any other time?  DanMitt!!!!!!!!!!!
Winston smokes them 1-2-3.  Get some runs now.

I think Young's misplay will wind up costing us tonight (Speigner notwithstanding).

Hey, for you local folks.  I'd like to direct your attention to the off-topic section for a moment.  :D  We're having a party for Andrew and all those who helped us through his stuff.  So, take a look at the thread and let me know if you can come.  :)  Thanks!

And Kearns grounds into a DP.  Everything is just going wrong tonight. :icon_frown:

I was watching, but had to come up and get the kids in bed.  The girls don't like staying down & going to sleep.  You'd think a day at the pool would wipe them out.  I guess they're overtired cuz they won't pass out!  Besides, my laptop is not working right.   So I can't use it to post and watch at the same time.

Kearns hits into A-N-O-T-H-E-R double play.  I may need to dump him from my sig if he doesn't stop that.

From a post by SSB recently, I thought that honor was bestowed upon Kearns.

Winston's appearance reminds me of Felix Rodriguez.

Ray Knight and Carpenter are right about Abreu.  The Nationals were slow to bring him up, because he really did look like a career minor leaguer.  At this point, I'd EASILY send Traber down and keep Winston smoking.  This guy is a Major League pitcher.

DEAR MR. BOWDEN & ACTA:

PLEASE START WINSTON ABREU.  Even if he only pitches THREE innings, he will give us a chance to win.  Speigner is somebody who should ONLY pitch in relief, to ONE batter, preferably a guy coming to the plate in a wheelchair... and blind in one eye.

We've hit into several DP's and our baserunning has been atrocious today.

Positive: we don't have to face Isringhausen to start our rally.
