Thanks. I had gotten sick of the yapping and shut those other clowns off.

Those are rather an acquired taste (a screamy-mimi style that makes the ESPN radio crew seem cool, calm and collected)...I just kept the radio on in case the Nats broadcast did come back on, while also playing classical music (the kind I regularly listen to) for a bit more ease on the ears.

I think I'm just going to go ahead and bump the "worst offensive performance" thread now.

On Sunday assuming that there are no rainouts before then.  The Tuesday game may have the smallest crowd (based on butts in seats) to ever watch a Strasburg start at any level since little league.

Bob making the same mathematical mistake as some here have made.  The Braves do not tie us for first with a win.  If we did not play today, we'd still lead the Braves by a few points in the standings.

The birds will finally get to see Strasburg. Too bad they will dodge Gonzalez and Zimmermann.

ESPN.com doesn't have it up yet, but in the normal succession he should pitch the Sunday finale.

If the season ended with one team having had two games missed due to rainouts and with one team at 100-62 and the other at 99-61, does the team with 99 wins take the division or do they make up those dates?

PB pretty sure they'd make up those games.  Mindfacting though.

Is Arroyo's pickoff move always this awful, or is he just shaking off a sign?

A 30 second review of Google results yielded nothing.
