I agree with the Rockies announcer about Frank being a bonehead for allowing the runner to steal second. I'm sure Sportsfan agrees too. 
The pitcher is at-bat and it's two outs so it probably won't matter.
Maybe Frank was actually paying attention!
But like he said...you don't allow a person into scoring position when you are only down by two runs...all it takes is a lucky nubber for them to score another run.
