I really wish there were more places to get a good beer than just the Red Porch (in addition to having to navigate the crowd, they add a buck to the price for the privilege of getting one there).  Adding a Sam Adams was a step in the right direction, but inadequate.  There are lots of new and established local breweries they could carry (if these breweries are able to supply a reasonable quantity):

-Port City
-DC Brau
-Williamsburg Alewerks
-Starr Hill
To name a few.

And maybe a rotating tap for visiting teams (they do that in Cleveland).  Most MLB cities--except maybe Miami--have a good local.  (Philly=Victory, New York=Brooklyn, Atlanta=Terrapin, etc.)

Here's something Philly does right:
Brews added at stadium for Phils postseason
September 29, 2011

CITIZENS BANK Park, which already has one of the best beer selections of any ballpark in the majors, is taking it up a notch when the postseason starts this weekend.

The Phillies will open a pair of beer gardens around Sections 210 and 317 that will add some really outstanding brews to the fine selection of locals already on tap.

Look for the likes of Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald (one of the best porters brewed in America) and 21st Amendment Back in Black.
