If you look at Werth, it really looks like he's trying to hide himself in plain sight.

Tons of hair, big beard, glasses... he just doesn't want to be a leader. Likely why he succeeded in Philly. He wasn't counted on.

He held their lineup together fine in 2010 when everyone else was injured. Being counted on and being a leader aren't the same.
