They started 20-9, then went 8-18 in May 2023.

You can’t fire the starting pitchers that just look awful but we could start with Hickey. We haven’t had a good pitching coach since. ………

Problem is he's Davey's boy, but this has gone too far.  Every starter is throwing close to 20 pitches per inning.  His approach has never worked here, he's got to go.

Don’t know.  There is no coach at home plate. I don’t know why it was so close with two outs and a couple bounces. He must have gotten a low start.  With two outs.
