we picked up two new kittens today, adopted them out of foster homes organized by Friends of Homeless Animals (www.foha.org).  If any of you are ever looking for a new pet, I can't say enough great things about this organization.  They came out of two separate foster homes and so far the smaller one wants to play with the older one, while the older one just hisses at him.  I figure it will take another day or two before they become friends, both have been living with other cats.
