This weekend's TOR @ PHI series (doubleheader Saturday, one game Sunday) has been postponed. TOR to remain in DC for the weekend. PHI's next scheduled game is now at NYY next Monday, this after not having played since this past Sunday.
There's no way every team is going to manage to play the full 60 games.
I thought the plan was to power forward after individual cases of positives, like the Royals with Hunter Dozier or Nats with Juan Soto right before opening day.
It is smart for a team to hit pause when there is an outbreak like the Marlins, but if individual cases are cancelling games then there is no point to play. People are going to get it unless you put them in pseudo confinement like the NBA has done.
I think MLB bumbling around with the Marlins situation has freaked out the rest of the league.
