The youth movement isn't going to produce much. Of course some people love to watch minor league games.  :?
It's better than watching Mackowiak, Estrada, and Lopez.

Whew, Manning got lucky there. Is Manny letting him face RH power hitters? wtf?

Agreed. It's just change. And everyone roots for and loves change until it's a week or two old.

it is fairly obvious that Manny is saving Shell for a potential save situation, and hoping the other pitchers can get us to the next inning.

We have walked 12 batters in 10 innings today. Putrid.

WTF is going on with MASN 2

Is anyone else getting the strobe light effect? I can imagine people prone to seizures aren't enjoying this.

Manning should not be allowed to face anyone but lefties.

I agree.

but at this point would you rather see Ayala?

I agree with the decision to save Shell. Manning just needs to do his job, and the offense needs to do SOMETHING.  we need to keep Shell back, because I'll be damned if we entrust a lead in extra innings to Ayala.

Maybe so, although I'm not sure that it is if it doesn't produce winning. Also, in all reality, we didn't see much of Mackowiak or Estrada.

A couple of days ago people were ecstatic about what the youth movement was doing.

No it's not just you.  My pic went out, then I got the test screen bars and then the game came back on, but the pic is bad!  Do you have FiOS?

We also have Shell. Mock is starting, so I don't think they can use him.

all of those pick-off attempts and they still let him steal 2nd with ease. That's ALL on Manning.

I still am. and I am hoping that we get younger in september.

but I'm not deluded enough to think that this team is going to torch the world or anything.

I've noticed that our fans rarely boo the opposing pitchers when they attempt pickoffs. They really should. Whatever we can do to get in the pitcher's head.
