Yeah, I don't see why they would do that, Balester has yet to prove that he can induce ground balls on a regular basis in the majors.

It's OK. Lewis had a HUGE lead and he took a step towards second. A lot of pitchers would've had him there.

all of the runs were scored with 2 outs as well. Nothing worse than that in my mind. With a little clutch pitching the Giants could be scoreless right now. This is one of the main gripes I have with St. Claire and our pitchers. They roll over far too often with 2 outs.
