Francoeur has a strong arm but he has no idea where he's throwing it.

We need more RH bats. Having to start two LH OFers against a LH starter sucks.

We have bats? I thought we had defensive replacements, utility players and journeymen.

Nice one Willie. Well, if they keep throwing like that it won't matter.

Nice inning although another hit there would have been nice. Lo Duca as our everyday 1B-man is sickening.  :-[

3 runs on three hits. Yesterday repeats itself. This may be the "worst lineup ever" but they score more than we're used to seeing.

Do you prefer Casto, Belliard, or Langerhans at 1B?

Casto or Belly would do. Rhinehart would be even better.

I suspect we won't see Rhinehart till September.

Given our current lackluster options I cannot say I really care who gets the start at 1B.

It's the handshake Guz/Harris do after wins.

As far as 1B situation, we'll see how long Da Meat Hook will be out for ... but I wouldn't mind seeing Rinehart/Broadway get the call.

As long as Kory Casto is still on the team.

whew, that K was huge. Perez looks so, so shaky. He has looked bad in both innings so far. I can't believe it's only the top of the third.

Perez has been worthless with the bat and pitching-wise today.  :?

QFT. I'm almost afraid that five runs won't be enough with Perez pitching.
