why a major league manager would put LoDuca in left field is beyond me

I can think of 5 MILLION REA$ONS.

No reasonable offer refused.
"Vaunt too buy diz one, my bee-utifull boofant?"

Willingham homered to left, Hermida scored. (90/fastball)
Nationales 1
Marlins 3

I've never wanted Austin Kearns back as bad as I do now.

I never thought that I would want Austin Kearns back, period.  But I do now.

Where did the marlins hitters come from? I want some power.
The majority are home grown

Superstitiously(eh?), Redding seems to be our winning charm though, 6-3, 14-3 with him on the mound. I dunno though, getting some nice pitches in, but then again, hes letting some just get crushed.

Me too. He was having a bad year but he's a professional hitter and will rebound.

I would think he would do something but, putting him out there is just making it less likely we can do something with him. I guess it goes to show how versatile he is... and hes terrible at it, i know managers want a catcher who can play outfield right?  :(

If anything his value is dropping.

We are the laughingstock of the league. Pitchers look forward to facing our stupid offense knowing they'll have a career game.

Only 1 hit and 1 walk through 4 against a struggling rookie.

If we continue on a terrible pace like this, im just going to look forward to off season every year, maybe 1% we'll make a good move and get someone to do it on their own. And tommorow, i want to see Balester.

I'm just frustrated we can't get any offensive production just looking at the Marlins lineup at the beginning of the year i was kinda laughing at it, but they really crushed ours in comparison.

The good news is Tucker is already at 75 pitches, the bad news is that Redding is not to far behind (61) and he hasn't even pitched the bottom of this inning yet

Willie Harris is NOT a typical Nat.  I know this is ridiculous, but he actually tries.

Wow, what a dumbass.  Walked Redding.

This guy is definitely a Rook, he handled us nicely the first time through the lineup, but is having trouble the whole way through the second go around.  I think we just didnt have a good read on him that first time.

I was wrong about Bernadina.  8 AB's is enough
send him back!
LoDuca finally had his first good at bat.  Showed the bat control he is known for.  Finally hitting the ball on fat part of the bat.
