Getting behind 0-2 hurt him a little. He has to find a way to get ahead more or at least stay even in the count as opposed to always being down 0-2 and being at a pitcher's mercy.

I agree, it will come to him eventually.  Flores seems to handle pressure pretty well for such a young guy, I cant wait to see him in a year or two.
