Pena chops down on the ball. What the hell happened to his swing from last year? Oh wait...  >:(

Wily Mo Pena is the definition of "waste of a roster spot".

He actually hit 8 home runs in 37 games for us last year with a .293 average.  Not too shabby.

This year though, tell him to leave and if he doesn't, release the hounds.

4 Ks for Lannan thus far, he is pitching lights out today.  He is the ace of the staff at this point.

For some reason, I'm thinking Orr is going to smack one for extra bases against Padilla in the bottom of the third.

Lannan got squeezed like crap on that 2-2 pitch. It was right on the corner and the ump had gave him that pitch just a few pitches ago.

It was a tough catch by Milledge, had it in his glove, good effort... still should have had it

Glad Kinsler keeps hitting it near or at people. Granted it would be better for my fantasy baseball team if he didn't.

John Lannan now has a lower ERA than Brandon Webb and Dan Haren, has allowed fewer walks than Tim Lincecum, fewer home runs than Ben Sheets and fewer hits than Johan Santana, and possesses a lower WHIP than Carlos Zambrano.

it's a damn shame that Lannan has the only hit so far.  what the freak do the other 8 players get paid for.
