Looks like the team decided to take the night off. This happens far too frequently for a Major League team.

it's only the third inning. let's keep the blame where it belongs. Bergmann is getting demolished.  the rest of our guys aren't at fault here, yet.

Bergmann walks the opposing PITCHER with the BASES LOADED.  Manny goes to the mound, for a few words with Jason... to no avail... Lewis singled to right, Durham and Vizquel scored, Lincecum to third.  Jose Castile homers.  JUST FORFEIT THE GAME, MANNY!

Well, with a forfeit we'd only lose 9-0.  So I say go for it!

How many runs did Texas score in that game against the O's last year? That number might get busted tonight...

Embarrassing. 10 hits and 8 runs allowed in 3 innings against the Giants' sorry ass offense in your home stadium?

Manny needs to pinch hit for Bergmann right now.

unless Bergmann is going to be sent down immediately after this game, like O'Connor was after his shelling.  if that is the case, then just leave him out there and let him get pounded, then tell him goodbye after the game.

Don't forget that streak of scoreless innings he had, we should definitely let him have a couple more starts...

If Bergmann had gotten the pitcher out the score would be 2-0 right now.

This is a MAJOR, MAJOR issue that needs to be addressed PRONTO! Our inability to get out the opposing pitchers is KILLING us.  :(

Did they really charge Boone with an error there? I didn't know they did that when the ball is that close to the stands.

My only interest in this game now is whether we get no-hit or not.

if Bergmann bats here, then he should be sent down immediately following this game.

Lopez the dumbass with a long fly out. He is freaking garbage. That freaker just won't hit a line drive or ground ball. He tries to freaking hit a HR every time up when he has no power whatsoever.

absolutely not.

Bergmann has had chance after chance after chance. and every time he gets a new chance, he pitches well for 2 or 3 starts, and then he reverts back to himself.  O'Connor got demolished the exact same way Bergmann is now, and he was demoted immediately following the game.

I'd feel a lot worse for some of these guys if they didn't get paid so much to play a game.

I hope Lincecum gets a perfect game. Our sorry asses deserve it.

why would you waste a pinch hitter this early in the game?  plus sending another pitcher up to hit sends an even stronger message to your crappy starter, imo.

I somewhat agree, but O'Connor never had a good start here this season.
