Does Pena know how to make an adjustment? He takes the same freaking swing no matter what pitch it thrown. Piece of crap. I'd just assume see Langerhans start every day in LF, even against Lefties.  :|

we have k'd 8 times against on of the worst pitching teams in the majors, and pena has 3 of em. We need to find better outfielders, bringing up maxwell could not hurt.

If Nieves gets on, Flores HAS to pinch hit for Lannan.

Are you calling the Padres one of the worse pitching teams in baseball? Because if you are, I don't know what planet you're living on...

He's out for a month. We are just crap out of luck with our OF. It sucks.

I read somewhere that their club era is downright awful. I know the likes on peavy (dl) and maddux et al are strong players, but based on production (and the SP in this game) we should be doing much better

It probably isn't that good, but they are still a top 10 pitching team in baseball.

The Padres' pitching staff is pretty much in the middle of the league.
