Lannan bounced back well from his last poor outing. He was good tonight. The one "earned" he yielded was due to his defense.

Please bring Lannan back for the 7th!!
He's only at 90 pitches or so but his spot leads off this inning. I'm sure Manny will hit for him.

Leave Lannan in.  Then Ayalya and Rauch.  Saul is shaky.

He actually knows how to pitch out of jams. That's something we're not used to around here, unfortunately.

Why not play Boone at 2nd?  We clearly need his bat in the lineup.

Boone is a great pinch hitter. Nice to have at least one.

Definitely. He comes up with some great pitches in key situations.

Damnit Willie, that's not what we needed.

All of the full-time replacement players have done something tonight. Makes you wonder why we haven't scored more, but let's not get into that. :D

OT: Jays get a lead off triple in the bottom of the tenth, and they can't bring him in :|

You can't make this crap up. The pitcher dove to the ground like a wussy to get out of the way of the ball and the ball lands right in his glove.  Unreal.

Can someone describe what happened? How did we hit into a double play if Boone was on second and no body on first?
