Dumb pitch to Beltran costs us.  Why throw a breaking ball when he was barely fouling off fastballs.  I hope that 1 run is not all that Santana needs.   :evil:

i wish all the Nats could learn from what the mets just did. firts out moved runner to 3rd, 2nd out scored a run. that is a double and 3 outs = 1 run. the nats need 3.45 runners to generate 1 run.

i hate this line up - the only Nats that can be counted on to get on base at least once in the game are Guz, Milledge and NickJ.  So why does Many have them batting 2, 4 and 6???
