Hanrahan is total garbage. He should be sent down immediately. I would go out to the mound and demote him on the spot.

This is a fun way to lose a game.  Slow and painful.

Thank goodness for that low call.

And that high call.

This is the norm from him.  We saw this all last year. Obviously he is no different as a reliever opposed to a starter.   Send him down, who cares if someone else claims him.

Oh man. That might've been ball 3. I hate this ump normally, but he's starting to help us out.

lined right to Guzman.. unbelievable.  I don't feel safe with Hanrahan pitching to Reyes, Church, Wright next inning

If Hanrahan gets his stuff together, he can be a dominant closer.  Great job by the bullpen tonight.  Can we get some f@cking runs?

We have had a week or two's worth of clutch pitching tonight but it is all in vain because our hitters are heartless.

Maybe they'll bring in Odie. :D

Gotta say, their offense is close to out-deading ours at the moment.

You know what, though? Our pitching has been fine all the way around. Walks and hits happen. But if you get out of it, you've still done more right than wrong. The offense should pay the pitchers' tab for the next month.

Sosa will walk every other batter if you let him.

Joel got his first hit (triple) in his first AB last season in Shea Stadium.

I remember that. He's not a bad hitter at all. Good swing.

Church is a better hitter than Milledge anyway you slice it.
