Redding REALLY doesn't want to give up an earned run.

Uggla only has 3 hits in 25 at bats.

HAHA! That works too.
3 K's for Tim ... I am officially impressed. And *rubs it in* my fantasy team is happy too.
@ gonats, exactly - Redding just doesn't seem to panic. I can think of a few of our pitchers who could learn a few things from his example...

Uggla is 3-25 with 8 K this year.  Only Fredi would have him batting 2nd.  He's K'd 3 times after IBB to Ramirez already this year.

That's freaking pathetic to be frank. That 1-2 high fastball killed him. He should have kept throwing breaking balls because Uggla can't hit them!!! freak you Lo Duca!

That's worse than walking a pitcher.

Either food service and Express Shuttle are incredibly slow (bad) or VERY few people showed up, now in the 2nd inning (bad.)

Redding WALKS in a run with bases loaded.  Redding, the inning would be over with
a) groundout
b) flyout
3) line drive out

A WALK is the WORST thing besides an extra base hit.

Nationals 1
Marlins 2

He's behind the plate isn't he? Sutton wanted the high fastball too for whatever reason. Did him and Lo Duca not see how bad Uggla's swings were on the first two breaking balls? He hit a little pop-up in the first inning on a breaking ball too.

We need to set up a Sticky Thread in the Game Threads section with the
Game Thread Starter W-L Record

So far it's:  Wins    Losses
2k6nats         3           2
tomterp         0           1
bbq552          0           1

2K6 Nats can I make tomorrows thread to bring my record to .500 lol

I thought Manny might call the games. I've really never paid any attention to that, though. Some managers do.

This umpire is giving Miller some very generous calls.
