Good attempt Odalis.  I can't stand it when hitting pitchers stare at pitches down the middle.

Perfect because we are starting three LHPs in a row.

Perez stinks.  0-2 count against one of the worst hitters in the entire league and he hits him.

Hey, hey, remember:

He is better than what his stat line indicates.

Perez allows Izturis to easily steal 3B. Nothing Lo Duca could have done there.

And sometimes worse - like opening night.

Odalis is routinely throwing 1st and 2nd pitch balls...

Yep, that will kill him in the long run.  He is not going to be so lucky like he was in that inning all night.

How we're only down by two runs right now is beyond me.

Jon Miller went on and on Opening Night about how Perez needs to attack the zone to be successful, and that he has the tendency to nibble, which gets him into trouble.  He was definitely right...

The Nats have never hit sinkerballers and probably never will for whatever reason.

Hudson, Looper, Webb, etc own us

Man, how many times has Zimmerman gotten on base due to an error this season?

We gotta hope that after getting their looks, these guys can start doing something. Hopefully, the defense holds out until then.
