kid? kid? KID? Whats up with the CONDESCENDATION here? I thought this was a board forum. Not where people condescend others based on their age. I cant choose my age but I can chose my maturity level and I 'd wish you'd recognize that

then quit calling me old, dammit.

Hey, you started it. Wait that sounds childish.

I mean, you initiated this verbal assault of unacceptable and rutheless insluts which are neither necessary nor trivial.

Man, if Loaiza could run, that woulda been a single!

Oh, and good evening, y'all.  Lovely day here in Chicago.  Missed most of the game last night, as I mentioned in the thread, 'twas nice to come back to a victory.

Dang, Wilk pops up.  5-3?  Not a secure lead!  MORE RUNS!

WHERE IS RICK SHORT??

Erm...maybe Jamey Carroll will get tossed from the game for arguing balls and strikes with the ump?  And they'll have to bring Short in?

Nah.  FR would probably just throw Deivi Cruz in anyway!

I'm hoping this is merely some of that outre "humor" I hear the kids these days are fond of.  I'm a dewy-eyed 24 and even I have no trouble acknowledging the Beatles as The Best Group Ever.  (the other members of the top 5: Dylan, Stones, Who, Byrds).

All of which has nothing to do with the Nats v. Mutts.

Dang.  Beltran on base.  Don't choke, Esteban!

Dewy-eyed = young, fresh-faced.  24 is pretty young, really.

And god help you if you don't know who Bob Dylan and The Byrds are...the former is the most influential solo artist in modern music history, the latter one of the greatest rock groups of all time.  Both had their heyday in the 1960s.

Fanatic, just stick to talking about the game.  We don't want you having to go to the hospital.
