Just tell the guy to go relive the glory days of the greatest single sports spectacle in Philly history:  when Rocky went the distance with Apollo Creed for the championship.  Of course, Rocky still lost in that one.  And it was fake....like all Philly sports.

And remind them of their 'almost' status, especially about their Eagles. They almost won the Super Bowl a couple years ago. This Philly fan said that at RFK last season and we ripped his ass so bad that his girlfriend asked us to leave our own stadium! We had to remind her where she was.

It's not even worth the effort - philly fans are the absolute worst - they're completely delusional - besides, the guy's getting torched now - it's actually quite entertaining ...

Complete list of Philadelphia major pro sports championships from 1900, as best I can reconstruct:

1910 - Athletics [later Kansas City, now Oakland] win World Series
1911 - Athletics win World Series
1913 - Athletics win World Series
1929 - Athletics win World Series
1930 - Athletics win World Series
1947 - Warriors [now Golden State] win NBA title
1948 - Eagles win NFL championship
1949 - Eagles win NFL championship
1956 - Warriors win NBA title
1960 - Eagles win NFL championship
1967 - 76ers win NBA title
1973 - Atoms win NASL title
1974 - Flyers win Stanley Cup
1975 - Flyers win Stanley Cup
1980 - Phillies win World Series
1983 - 76ers win NBA title
1984 - Stars win USFL title

...so as you can see, it's been a while since they've had a championship parade up there....

On the radio yesterday, they said that Schneider left the dugout to chastise fans who were throwing stuff onto the field. It sounded like the Philly security guys only stepped in after Brian spoke out. Was there anything on the telecast about that?

Not the telecast - but on the radio - Schneider was barking at the fans because of crap they were throwing on the field and security did get involved ...

OMG ... it was just a heinous rant from a bitter philly fan - 124 years and 10,000 + losses makes for a very dilusional, bitter fan base - I deleted it because it was just insulting nonsense and I don't want that trash polluting our board/fans ...
