Oh for goodness sakes, just sing acapella

That's what I was just saying. Plus, whatever happened to lip synching? It worked for Whitney Houston at the Super Bowl. Does anyone really expect people to do this stuff live anymore? I give her credit for wanting to do it live, but at some point you just suck it up and sing acapella and let the backup musician do something else. These are professionals.

Unbelievable... at the ALL STAR GAME, they are UNABLE to figure out how to PLUG IN A KEYBOARD and have it READY TO GO for the 7th inning patriotic song.  San Francisco should NEVER be allowed to host ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!

Nobody should EVER be allowed to lip sinc a song at a national sporting event and be allowed to pass it off as a live performance.  Whitney Houston is going to HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously ... plus, I thought she stunk - she's otherwise a good singer - she should have lip synched ... saved us all the drama ...

Two years in a row. He is not all he's cracked up to be. Just a hard thrower.

I root for the NL, but really, why should it really matter to Nats fans? It was made too serious by the W.S thing, IMO. I root for good baseball. :)

I only root for the NL because the Nats are an NL team - and because Dmitri is playing for the NL :)

If the National League loses AGAIN, they should not be allowed to field a team in 2008.  Just put two All Star teams on the field from the American League only.
