Lasorda:  Prostate cancer is a killer.  And it's fatal.

70 pitches in 4 innings isn't Chico's best :|, but it's getting the job done so far.

He's going into the 5th with the lead...he's on enough so far.

His pitch count is 70 and there are constantly men on.  Traschel's is about 56 and we've hardly challenged him tonight.

We might be leading but we're not winning.

Orioles only run is on an error after all ... no need to despair just yet ...

Somebody tell Lasorda that more people die from heart disease.  And obesity contributes to its ill effects.  Which include DEATH.  Celebrate that with another beer... and a donut.

Langerhans' dad, wearing a blue Nationals cap, watches his son hit a solo homer!

Nationals 3
Orioless 1

The Padres are convincing Tampa Bay to get themselves a PITCHER from somewhere, beating them 8-0.  Jake Peavy had a perfect game going into the 4th, but walked a guy.

That home ump is really generous with those breaking balls.

Do the Nationals get all of the worst umpires because there seems to always be one calling a Nats game?

They'd be 64-0 if not for the umps?
