I know, the chop is annoying but I noticed when former Braves come back with other teams they always give them a nice ovation. In many ways they're better than Mets and Phillies fans. I am surprised the political correct people aren't after them for the chop.

Sure, they look good compared to Mets or Phillies fans but those two fan bases are some of the most obnoxious in all of baseball.

Yes, it's a total coincidence that as soon as Brian McCann returns they start getting into pissing matches with other teams over "unwritten rules" on a regular basis...

And their fans are idiots.  Just because they're not violent idiots (and thus manage to get above the Phillies) does not mean they're first class.   That's one of the tough things about being a fan of a team in this division, having three opposing fanbases composed of massive douchebags.  It's the only division in baseball with that, but then again having New York and Philly teams in it gets you 2/3 of the way there to start.

Sometime I will tell the story of how one of my friends picked up one of those large mustard containers in the 700 level at veterans stadium and dumped the contents over the rail. And landed on a scalper outside the stadium. I think he may still be looking for us.

I'm going to guess that the fans of the other teams think the Nats fans are lobbyists and geeks with pocket protectors who don't show up for most games and know nothing about baseball because, hey, this city had 2 franchises bail on them already (we won't mention the As, Giants, and Dodgers).  Definitely not real fans and just show up to watch the Presidents'  Race and Harper, who is gone.
