Yeah, it’s unclear to me why they would bus down midweek to see a guy they could see at home.

2. Unemployment is down. Fewer people with too much time on their hands.
3. Ticket sales increasing at CBP but it’s nothing like that timeframe. Decent tickets were only available then on the resale market and very expensive.
