No worries. The pitchers and hitters you’d expect to be on the opening day roster are performing well.

I’ve been listening to the Red Sox announcers on At Bat. I’m really impressed. Lots of good analysis and discussions. I didn’t catch their names, and the Sox apparently rotate radio announcers, but I think they are Will Fleming (former PawSox AAA announcer) and Rob Bradford, a WEEI writer. It’s been fun listening to them discuss the Harper contract. They are shocked by the 13 year length.

We lose Harper, and blow a 5-0 lead.  I guess the season is over.

I don't know if Joe Castiglione is in the booth or whether he shows for Spring training later.  Castig is their main man, but they intend to rotate through side kicks and may go 3 man in a booth for some games.

I think Dave Jagelar got his  start at Pawtucket, as did Don Orsillo and one of the Rays announcers.

I know it's just one bad outing but he's never looked to me like anything more than a mop-up man.

I’m watching the Sawx game today on MLB. Castilglione is there. There is a woman in the booth with him.  She’s doing a good job also. Not sure her name.

This is scary. They are actually going to have Chris Berman in the booth for some games.  I will never complain about FP again.

Ok, turns out to be the Twins broadcast.  So I guess Castliglione was a visitor.  Marney Gellner is an on field announcer who is getting a chance to broadcats some spring games for the Twinkies.

Temperature is obviously just right.  Wait until it's too cold or too hot.

Isn't his normal velocity 96-97mph?  He was getting 92-94 mph when he was coming back from injury last year which was causing concern.

I think it was closer to 89-91
