I don't get the point of that gif. I read that the cards weren't working and wanted to confirm. Completely believable to me considering that the ticket app didn't allow me in last night.

Be more careful in how you relay info you read on the interwebz. If you "read that they have abandoned the eCash cards" that's a bold statement so you just might want to provide sources, etc.

Sorry, hope this error doesn't impact the S&P.

I don't know if you've heard but the biggest drag about being online is the buttload of bad information that's gets slung around.

"I also read that they have abandoned the eCash cards. I'm not sure if this is true."

If 'I'm not sure if this is true' isn't enough of a disclaimer for you I can't help that level of stupidity.

Journalism would not have been a good career choice for you.

And public relations would be a bad choice for you.

Transferred some points and I got confirmation emails from the Nats with a huge typo in the subject line. The amateurishness of the Nats tech staff knows no limits.

There's also an ability to see (and thus track) points earning now, which is a nice addition. (Though way too late of course!)

If you mean Points Acivity...that's been there all season.  I can't help but note that points for game attendance are not being credited...

they don't get credited on trades, but I've gotten them on my regularly-ticketed games. Oh, your points will be coming.  Along with the rest of your games.

Email just arrived.   10% downpayment by 6/30 guarantees "lowest price".   Accounts that lock in by June 30 are "eligible for an added ticket bonus during the 2019 season."

What could the bonus be?

I'm tempted to reply that the team has until August 31 to lower my ticket prices 20% or I'm done. And I want the bonus prize too.

Called to ask about the “bonus”.   My ticket rep is out of the office, and her voicemail referred me to 202-675-NATS.  Been on hold hearing how important my call is to them for the last 39 minutes and promising the next available representative.    If you are going to send out an email that will obviously lead to questions (especially one where you are not clear) perhaps you do it when your season ticket service line is staffed?

I'm guessing they all left at five. They're under staffed but I don't think they've ever had after hours service on non game days.

Called at 4:54pm thinking that exact same thing.   I guess they leave whether people are on hold or not.  Hung up at 50 minutes exactly.

I'm curious about the bonus too.  If it's just some kind of discount for add't tix for the this year, hard to see how that moves the needle for anyone.  I'm seriously considering dropping down to a cheaper plan (fewer games, cheaper section, or both) -- I wonder if the pricing would be locked at the old price for a different section than I'm currently in.  It so easy to get tix, I might drop altogether, and just buy tickets for the individual games I want to go to.  It's not like the right to buy playoff tix looks like it'll be worth much, and they always offer the ability to get playoff strips with purchase of a new plan, so we can always just jump back in if that starts looking more desirable at some point in the future.

How many renewals will an undetermined prize bring in? As a plan holder since the beginning (with a small gap) I'm trying to figure out what prize would change my mind. I've got gear, toys, and more stuff than I need. I've done all the ballpark experiences. I really just want my prices lowered so I don't lose as much on resale.
