It's been truly amazing what Harper has done at the age of 25.
The problem is, is 2015 an outlier? Granted being able to have that season, even as an outlier means you are incredibly talented, but I don’t want to pay for the promise of a 9 win season when you only get 4. Both mean you’re a very good player, but they are completely different kettles of fish.
