Author Topic: Nationals vs Braves, Game 1 (Game 2 From July 21) (Read 4674 times)

I am not sure why Holland is pitching now. I mean, this is a good low leverage situation, but he literally just signed this morning. They don't have time to work on a mechanics issue if they thought there was one.

That being said, his command isn't awful today. The first walk was very borderline. If he can get back to first half last year Greg Holland, this has the potential to be a monster bullpen.

I don't think the problem is his mechanics. I think its that he doesn't throw 95+ anymore and his slider lacks depth
