Shedding Murphy and Weiters, going with cheap in house options like Pedro and Difo who bring something to the table, and using the money for Harper would make for a nice, young speedy line up  with some good defense next year.  I like this line up today with Eaton in left and Howie ready to sub for Zim.

Maybe.  But, my point is go cheap with good defenders/replacement level bats (with pluses like speed) in some premium defensive positions and put the money towards Harper and maybe Rendon.
