Tiny Tim. Smallish lefty reliever who has had a history of arm trouble. I think multiple UCL surgeries. Out of the KC organization. When he was good, he was double digit K/9 with an acceptable BB rate, but he has struggled since his last surgery. Took 2 years off and pitched in the minors for the Nats last year. Still had a high K rate, but his BB rate was even higher. After the layoff and the first season back, maybe there's a chance he gets back to an acceptable BB rate.
