Will they put up a big screen in the pen?

I can't find anything on it.  At the end of the broadcast yesterday, they mentioned that they will be doing stuff in the Bullpen for the playoffs.

I'm assuming that 106.7 will air the game as well? I'm going to G1 and G5 (if there is one), but game 2 might be a radio game. I thought for sure it'd be a day game on Fri and a night game Saturday. They showed me, I guess.

Yes. 106.7 will air all postseason games. ESPN Radio carries the postseason games as well.

Gotta imagine MLB will announce the Game 3 and 4 start times sometime today.

Any word on when pre-game ceremonies (intros, first pitch, etc.) start on Friday night?

It'll probably depend on whether the Red Sox or Yankees get swept.  I could see prime time for Cleveland / NYY if it is still going on, and I could even see a Wrigley day game on the holiday for atmosphere.  If the NYY are swept, my guess is we get prime time.

If both get swept, we won't know that until Sunday.   If either Boston or NY wins today then we know they won't get swept and perhaps they can announce game times tonight.

But what you're saying is that if Boston and NY both lose tonight then game times for Monday won't be announced until Sunday.  I don't think they can get away with putting off the announcement of game times until the day before.

For once, NY and Boston have to feel like they got screwed by playing day games after playing pretty late yesterday.

But don’t the teams they are playing have the same issue?

Does ESPN carry the Nats feed or do they use ESPN announcers?

ESPN is using their own crews. But Nats will be on TBS for everything up to the World Series (using a TBS crew). Not sure which network gets that.  Pre-game and Post-game will be on MASN for each game.

We'll be at 5:30 on Monday, too, if both AL Series are done. I'm hoping they're not, because a 4:00 first pitch would be a lot better for me. And I'd expect game 5 to not be at 5:30 if the other series is done.

If we're the only game for Game 4 or 5, it will be at 8.

So, to recap:
Monday, Game 3: 4 or 5:30
Tuesday, Game 4 (if nec): 5:30 or 8
Thursday, Game 5 (if nec): 5:30 or 8

I find it interesting that the NL teams got the prime time games. With the Red Sox and maybe the Yankees, I thought at least one of them would get one of those slots. But the NL has the Cubs, Dodgers and Bryce Harper. So maybe that's a better draw than the Astros and Indians?

Look where the Astros and Indians are located. For those games to be "Prime Time" they would have to start at 4pm or 5pm local time.

Cleveland is in the Eastern time zone. Houston is only one hour behind in the Central time zone.

no they wouldn't. And location never matters to the networks.

you know it.  The obligation of having 25 people in your group means there's always a few optimists.  16 Baseline Reserve to 3 games.  :money:
