Strasburg might deal from the bottom of the deck in the playoffs.

Is everyone still convinced that Sherzer should be the game 1 starter?  Max seems only about 90% Max since coming back from the neck thing, while Stras is as good as he's ever looked and is going deep into games with ease.  Without question, Strasburg has been the better pitcher for the last 6 weeks.

Max gets paid too much not to be the number 1

You saying he's got cards he isn't showing?

Oh, well of course, we should rank our starters by salary to determine the order.

Which would be:

Max
Stras
Gio
Tanner

He’s also likely a repeat CY winner. I’m fine with him pitching game one.

I'm surprised he's made it this far.  He's a 6 inning guy, 7 max in my book.

That's been his history but we need him to break through that.

I guess maybe it depends on which day has the more favorable cramp free forecast.

I guess game 1 v game 2 starter isn't that big a difference, since either pitcher can pitch game 5 on regular rest.  Unless you want one of them to be ready to go in game 4 on 3 days rest, but that's loser talk :-)

Strasburg had a perfect game through 4.2. FP doing an imitation of you calling for MVP honors for every Nats player. It was suggested that Strasburg has been reading your posts and isn't showing all his cards.

I can't remember the last time I got a decent t-shirt.  The game of thrones one was too small and a very poor quality fabric.

That underhand toss almost didn't make it to Zim.  And it had all the momentum of a corn hole toss, so if it was short, it was just going to land and stop.
