What was that black thing behind Trea while he was sliding in the grass? Did his belt break?

I'm quickly discovering getting old us not for the weak. I did something to my back last week and it still hurts like a son of a nag, may need to rent a wheelchair at the park :'( jk but it does hurt like a bastard omgosh I never knew pain like this before, totally sucks

Yoga, but no downward facing dogs.     :nono:

I have a herniated disk (lumbar) and it's done wonders for me.  Issue is totally in remission, though I could bring it back with a stupid move at any time.

I think it was his sliding glove/oven mitt coming out of his back pocket.

People ask me, "aren't you the only guy in the class?"

As if there is anything wrong with that.    :P

I had a buddy who was the only guy in weight watchers.    He felt the same way.

That was my first thought but I figured he wouldn't take that thing out to the field with him

I started doing it because it's the only class offered at work during lunch hour.  I'm not staying after work for an hour, I get home too late as it is.

Been doing it since last November and it's definitely improved my balance, strength, overall athleticism.  Will be 60 next year and I can do inversions (e.g. headstands) and other intermediate positions fairly well.

FP, we know you read the thread.    An appearance is required next Saturday in the Loft if you expect your membership to be renewed.

I was doing hot yoga for awhile Terp, once my back heals I'm totally going back to it to strengthen my apparently deteriorating core :(

Doesn't do much for fixin' problems (physical) but Tai Chi is pretty sweet.

The lady in the front row to the right of the RH box looks like Al Yankovic.

I've started the "rum season" but it's neat in a rock glass.    No umbrellas for Senor Mitlen.
