Boos and Jeers at the park. That might have been it for the Shawn Kelley Experience.

Let's hope so. Guy should never pitch again.

FP is concerned about Scherzer's "win" when in the lead up to the game he said wins don't matter for the Cy Young because ERA is more important.

Yeah, he's toast.

It's not only his wretched performance. His attitude has sucked since he grew the "don't care" beard and got replaced by players infinitely more talented. Almost like he's sucking to spite people. Good riddance.

good God, if it hadn't been for Herrera's misplay in CF the Nats might be trailing.

Relievers to be trusted? Not Ollie, not Kelley, not Adams, not Blanton, not Solis.

Agree.  He ought to be punching lockers in the clubhouse.

That makes the playoff pen Doolittle, Madson, Kintzler, Albers, Romero, and one of EJax or Roark. Still leaves two spots (4 starters and 8 relievers typically for postseason) so you gotta pick. My guess is Blanton and Perez.

Why would Roark be in the Pen?

I can't see him on the playoff roster.   No trust.

Best #4 starter in the playoffs, but with all the open dates he could well get relief appearances.

I think he means that if they were to choose Jackson as the 4th starter then Roark would be in the bullpen but I think it will be the other way around.
