That makes the playoff pen Doolittle, Madson, Kintzler, Albers, Romero, and one of EJax or Roark. Still leaves two spots (4 starters and 8 relievers typically for postseason) so you gotta pick. My guess is Blanton and Perez.

Best #4 starter in the playoffs, but with all the open dates he could well get relief appearances.

I think he means that if they were to choose Jackson as the 4th starter then Roark would be in the bullpen but I think it will be the other way around.
