What animal organizations skip?

Austin Pets Alive was the first place I saw put out a call for help on Facebook, I'd never heard of them before but they're legit and I figured they're right there to go help right away

and of course the Humane Society, the videos they're posting of rescuing dogs that have climbed on top of cars trying to escape the water are killing me
