If Jackson gets another quality start, I might start to believe. Maybe.

Walked 18 this morning (hot) and haven't had a nap so I'm cranky.    Don't mess with the old man and get off my lawn.     :old:

Played with 2 younger guys.   One guy rode.   The other guy bailed out after 11 holes  ...  he sez he was over heatin'.     :smh:

Seems that only happens every other start.  Hope he can break the pattern tonight.

Bob & FP are arguing that Shawn Kelley will step in for Ryan Madson.  Does anyone believe that ?

He may step into his shoes but it will be like a 5 year old trying on Ronald McDonald's shoes.

He has a better chance of stepping on the rosin bag and rolling his ankle.

Have to get up early; so will be moving over to Charlie and Dave soon.  The rest of the weekend should be improved.

Petco is my third favorite park.

1) Nats Park (of course)
2) PNC Park (Pittsburgh)
3) Petco
4) Wrigley
5) AT&T (SF)

I'm dead beat right now so I will probably watch most of this one from bed.

The metro area was its usual sub-tropical self.    I got up at 6 and had an 8:21 tee  ...  It's that good infantry training and clean living.

6:00 or so; daughter and SIL go to work early so baby sitting duty starts near dawn.  Also going to the tennis tournament here tomorrow night so could be a long day.  I need to get a nap in when the grandson takes his tomorrow.
