It's technically also possible Bryce just has a dislocated patella.  Now, I'm not saying that's likely.  It's not.  But as someone who has had that injury twice, I can say it is every bit painful enough to cause the screams we heard from him and it does tend to come from a hyperextension.

The Tigers team they beat had 3 pitchers who have won Cy Youngs. And a inner circle hall of famer. Bullpen wasn’t awesome though. Not the Dodgers though.

Hunter Pence is a professional hitter.  I'm pretty sure Doolittle didn't throw him a single strike in that 4 pitch sequence.  That should tell you how good that fastball is.
