Okay, to be clear, I'm not saying this is ideal. But I just took a couple shots to keep myself from punching a wall and is it possible, just possible, that this may actually give us a better chance of keeping Harper long-term? If we offer him $250-300 mil this offseason, does he take it now?
I'm more inclined to think we've seen him play his last game in Washington.
