On pace to be a four-hour game.

Still hasn't. His fastball is where the scouts said it would be. His breaking stuff has movement. His change is under developed.

He's basically a mirror of Ervin Santana

 . . . who abandoned his mechanics under stress . . .

Why was today a "Real tough assignment" for Fedde's first start?

Have we had a pitching prospect look good in his debut since Strasburg?

Like I said, Ervin Santana. It's consistent with EVERY scouting report. Good stuff. Needs to refine his change. Needs experience.

It's the big leagues...can't pamper all the pitchers on this staff...

According to FP, the Rockies hit better than most.

If this games plods on like this, Game 3/1/whatever will start at about 9pm  :?

I wouldn't normally give a crap, but I've been working since before 5 am and my usual stamina for Flying Dog consumption is unlikely to be in mid-season form.

The night cap is going to be worse. The second game after a Saturday is always the toughest.

Hannigan is going last sign.  Just relay the signs to Harp and tie the game.

If a hack like me can steal these signs then the Rockies ought to consider changing them up.

Not unless the Lerners (or DC) pay for it.
