Excellent deal for the Yankees and could be an excellent deal for Oakland, too.

Kaprielian just had TJ surgery, but he's almost a major-league ready SP who will be pitching in the minors next April, probably AA.

Mateo is a former top-50 prospect who had struggled in high-A the last 2 years but has looked 10x better in AA and could be a stud.

Fowler was having a huge rise the last 1.5 years and made the majors but busted his knee in his first inning in RF. Once he's back next year, he can play CF for Oakland.

A lot of risk, but a ton of upside.
they hit on 1, it's a good deal. They hit on Kaprelian and a position player, it's a great deal.
