Can you imagine how good our record would be if we had just a minimally effective bullpen all season long?

Heard on one of Charlie & Dave's broadcasts earlier in this series that Cincinnati's starting pitching lasts, on average, the fewest innings of any rotation in the majors (barely five innings, if I recall aright). It doesn't seem unlikely.

I think the Reds have had enough of the Nats.

I suspect the Reds will be pleased to have us get out of their city.

Undefeated might not be out of the question.

Fewer than 5 by just a touch. Fewest IP's thrown in the Majors. Nats have the most, btw, more than 100 more than the Reds.

I hope Doolittle and Madson didn't fly out from California just for this game...

We should never leave this ballpark. Just stage a coup and make it our new home field.
