Replay question: Out call at 1st was 3rd out. If that call is overturned is Harper then out at the plate?

The 3rd out is similar to blowing the whistle in football so.....what's the rule?

Out at the plate on tag by the catcher.

So far I found this:

What are the potential kinks in the system?

There could be many, depending how things go this first year. Surely, some tricky situations will arise, situations that no one has even considered. But the toughest call for umpires might be the placing of runners after a call is challenged, then reversed. MLB has installed overhead cameras in each ballpark to track where the runners are, and should be.

I should have stayed in Pittsburgh and played golf.    This bullpen sucks more than the Pirates' bullpen.

Out at the plate on tag by the catcher.
So if it works that way....bases loaded 2 outs. tap to the pitcher. He throws to 1st, ump says out. Fielders all run to dugout. The runners all continue around and touch home. Turns out the 1st baseman didn't touch the bag and the call is overturned. All the runs count?

Looks like the Braves and Mets will easily overtake us by September.  Oh well, third place is respectable I guess.

At this point the game is over unless we score 5+ runs.
